GM Breweries said the board proposes to consider or recommend issue of bonus shares during the board meeting on April 3.
Everonn Education said the board members approved the preferential allotment of 10 lakh shares to promoter on loan conversion.
Reacting to the development, shares of State Bank of India jumped 4.64
percent to an intra-day high of Rs 1,925 on the BSE. Similarly, the
scrip of Bank of Baroda rose 3.36 percent to a high of Rs 717.90 and

RBI extended external commercial borrowings (ECB) window for airlines.
The central bank has extended the deadline for aviation sector to raise
funds through ECBs route till March 2015. The scheme was valid till
December 31, 2013.
